Sunday Morning Worship 11:00am – 12:00 noon

Summer Schedule Worship 10:00am – 11:00am (check church calendar for dates)

Infants and toddlers are welcome during the service to stay in the nursery supervised by Teresa Edsall, a highly experienced and devoted child care provider.

Everyone is invited to a fellowship time with coffee and light refreshments in John Craig Hall after the worship service.

From mid-June to mid-September we are blessed to have the opportunity to enjoy outdoor worship services in our magnificent grove of old oak trees at 10:00am. The grove is located on the north side of the church and is furnished with pews and a lectern as well as picnic tables and a wonderful play area with a jungle gym for children.

Augusta Stone is involved internationally...
Members from Augusta Stone church and other area churches go on a trip each summer to help the people of Baja, Mexico. During this trip church members build houses and give gifts to needy families.

...and locally!
We do this in many ways; 2 cents a meal offering, Food Bank Concert and giving of the fall festival proceeds to the Blue Ridge Food Bank.

Sunday School is an important part of life at Augusta Stone. Traditionally Presbyterian congregations place a strong emphasis on education and ASC does not disappoint.

Families Of Jesus is a six week program in the fall and winter/spring of fellowship and education, held on Wednesday evenings (6:00-7:30).

Vacation Bible School is the highlight of Augusta Stone's summer programs. A large cross section of our membership contributes to making VBS a memorable experience for everyone.

At Augusta Stone Church we are proud to support an outstanding music program. Our music is highly commended by members and visitor's alike. With a Charles R. Walter grand piano, Moller pipe organ, handbells and handchimes and both adult and children's choirs we make beautiful music! Our worship services are frequently joined by guest musicians playing strings, brass, woodwinds and percussion instruments.
