Every year the members of Ausguta Stone Church host a Fall Festival on the second Saturday in October to raise money for local charities and to benefit future church projects. Festival highlights include a hearty morning breakfast, a yummy bake sale, an exciting auction and community yard sale and terrific Brunswick Stew slowly cooked in a big, metal kettle by the Throckmorton family.
In October of 2011, the Fall Festival raised over $5,000.00 to benefit SACRA (Staunton Augusta Church Relief Association), Massanetta Springs and the ministry of Augusta Stone Church.
